17 июня 2010 года в Курском Государственном Медицинском университете состоялась торжественная церемония, посвящённая 23-му выпуску иностранных студентов по специальностям «Лечебное дело», «Стоматология» и «Социальная работа». 228 иностранных студентов из разных стран мира получили дипломы об окончании университета.

Почётными гостями церемонии были: ректор КГМУ, профессор В.А. Лазаренко, заместитель посла Федеративной республики Нигерия в РФ господин Оджу, сотрудник Департамента образования посольства Федеративной республики Нигерия в РФ господин Опуту, руководитель отдела образования штата Баелса Федеративной республики Нигерия шеф Джозефин Езонбодо.

После вручения дипломов декан факультета по работе с иностранными учащимися Ю.Д. Ляшев и начальник управления по международным связям Ю.Ш. Иобидзе наградили выпускников почётными грамотами за особые заслуги в учении и за активное участие в жизни университета.

On the 17th of June at Kursk State Medical University the solemn ceremony, devoted to the 23d Graduation of foreign students on the specializations ‘Medicine’, ‘Stomatology’, ‘Social Work’, took place. 228 foreign students different countries of the world got diploma of graduation the University.

The honorary guests of the ceremony were the following: Rector of KSMU, professor V.A. Lazarenko, Deputy Ambassador of the Federative republic of Nigeria to the Russian Federation Mr. Odju, the representative of the Department of Education of the Embassy of the Federative republic of Nigeria to the Russian Federation Mr. Oputu, Honorary Commissioner of Education of Baelsa State Chief Josephine Ezonbodo.

After giving the diploma the Dean of the faculty of foreign students Y.D. Lyashev and the Head of the Administration for International Relations Y.Sh. Iobidze awarded the graduates with honorary diploma for special deserts in studying and active participation in the University life.
