ЗА КРУГЛЫМ СТОЛОМ В КГМУ О ДОСТУПНОЙ СРЕДЕ
Создание доступной среды для людей с ограниченными возможностями. Об этом шел разговор на круглом столе проекта партии «Единая Россия» - «Единая страна — доступная среда», состоявшемся в Курском государственном медицинском университете.
Заседание прошло под председательством Советника губернатора Курской области по правам лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья Анны Гладилиной, заместителя председателя Общественной палаты Курской области Александра Терновцова. Координатором форума выступил ректор КГМУ, депутат Курской областной Думы Виктор Лазаренко.
— Показателем зрелости гражданского общества в любой стране является отношение к людям с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, - подчеркнул во вступительном слове Виктор Анатольевич Лазаренко — К счастью, инициатором изменений в этой среде в России стал президент нашей страны и, начавшись, они с успехом продолжаются. Возможно, всё происходит не так быстро, как бы нам того хотелось. Поэтому, в актуальности нашего круглого стола сомневаться не приходится.
Повестка заседания включала следующие вопросы: «Информационное насыщение мероприятиями официального сайта партии «Единая Россия»; «Перепись инвалидов-колясочников»; «О плане выездных встреч в районы области как лучшей региональной практики проекта»; «О волонтерской деятельности в поддержку партийного проекта».
Как пояснила Анна Гладилина, вопрос о переписи инвалидов- колясочников в нашем регионе возник в связи с тем, что не только в Курской области, но и в России в целом нет конкретной информации о людях с определенным видом ограниченных возможностей здоровья. Существуют только понятия - «ребенок-инвалид», а также I, II, III группы по ОВЗ. В связи с чем весьма трудно решать вопросы, связанные, к примеру, с трудоустройством, со  льготами по жилью, потому что неизвестно точное количество инвалидов-колясочников.
О выездных встречах в районы области с проверкой качества доступной среды - разговор особый. Советник губернатора подчеркнула, что целью данных поездок является обеспечение возможности для инвалидов без проблем попасть в социально значимые учреждения — на почту, в поликлинику, в МФЦ — и получить необходимую услугу.
Говорили и о волонтерстве. Как рассказала руководитель социального центра КГМУ Наталья Кетова, при университете существуют отряды, осуществляющие волонтерскую работу с инвалидами по разным направлениям. Одни сотрудничают со специализированными учреждениями и обществами людей с ОВЗ, другие — работают с пожилыми гражданами с инвалидностью (осуществляют контроль давления, прием лекарств и так далее), третьи, к примеру, волонтерский отряд «Феникс», помогают детям с ограниченными возможностями здоровья.
Кстати, в Курском медуниверситете обучаются 99 студентов с ОВЗ и практически половина ребят от этого количества являются членами волонтерских отрядов. То есть, обладая информацией о своих заболеваниях и о том, как можно улучшить качество  жизни при этом, они готовы делиться ею со всеми желающими.

 ABOUT AN ACCESSIBLE ENVIRONMENT AT A ROUND TABLE IN KSMU
Creating an accessible environment for people with disabilities. This was discussed at the round table of the project of the United Russia party - "United Country — accessible environment", held at the Kursk State Medical University.
The meeting was chaired by Anna Gladilina, Adviser to the Governor of the Kursk Region on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and Alexander Ternovtsov, Deputy Chairman of the Public Chamber of the Kursk Region. The coordinator of the forum was the rector of KSMU, deputy of the Kursk Regional Duma Viktor Lazarenko.
— An indicator of the maturity of civil society in any country is the attitude towards people with disabilities, - Viktor Anatolyevich Lazarenko emphasized in his opening speech — Fortunately, the president of our country became the initiator of changes in this environment in Russia and, having begun, they are successfully continuing. Perhaps things are not happening as fast as we would like. For that reson, there is no doubt about the relevance of our round table.
The agenda of the meeting included the following issues: "Information saturation with the events of the official website of the party "United Russia" ; "The Census of wheelchair users"; "On the plan of field meetings in the districts of the region as the best regional practice of the project"; "On volunteer activities in support of the party project".
As Anna Gladilina explained, the question of the census of wheelchair users in our region arose due to the fact that not only in the Kursk region, but also in Russia as a whole, there is no specific information about people with a certain type of limited health opportunities. There are only concepts - "disabled child", as well as groups I, II, III for HIA. In this connection, it is very difficult to solve issues related, for example, to employment, to housing benefits, because the exact number of wheelchair users is unknown.
There is a special conversation about visiting meetings in the districts of the region to check the quality of the accessible environment. The Adviser to the Governor stressed that the purpose of these trips is to provide an opportunity for disabled people to get to socially significant institutions without problems — to the post office, to the polyclinic, to the MFC — and get the necessary service.
There was  also the conversation  about volunteering. According to Natalia Ketova, the head of the KSMU social Center, there are detachments at the university that carry out volunteer work with disabled people in different directions. Some of them cooperate with specialized institutions and societies of people with disabilities, others work with elderly citizens with disabilities (monitor blood pressure, take medications, and so on), others, for example, the  volunteer detachment "Phoenix", help children with disabilities.
By the way, 99 students with disabilities study at Kursk Medical University and almost half of the children from this number are members of volunteer detachments. That means that, having information about their own diseases and the ways to improve the quality of their life at the same time, they are ready to share it with everyone need it.
