Четверг, 22, Октябрь 2026, 00:00

Students from Kursk State Medical University (KSMU), Russia, participated in the AICTE-Sponsored International Conference on Artificial Intelligence-Driven Innovations in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics Engineering (ICAI-CEME 2026), held on 21–22 October 2026 at SIMATS Engineering, Chennai, India, in hybrid mode.

The international conference brought together interdisciplinary perspectives from medicine, engineering, computer science, and emerging technologies, providing a platform to explore how artificial intelligence can advance healthcare, biomedical research, clinical decision-making, and technological innovation.

Conference Organising Leadership

The conference was organised under the leadership of Dr. N. Bharatha Devi, Conference Chair, ICAI-CEME 2026, and Dr. B. Ramesh, Principal, SIMATS Engineering. Their efforts in facilitating this international academic platform provided an opportunity for students, researchers, academicians, and professionals from diverse disciplines to exchange knowledge and present innovative research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, engineering, and healthcare.

Session Hosts

The conference sessions were hosted by Dr. G. Aloy Anuja Mary, Professor, and Dr. G. Vinuja, Assistant Professor, who contributed to facilitating the academic proceedings and supporting the exchange of research ideas and interdisciplinary discussions throughout the conference.

Keynote Address on Interdisciplinary Mentorship and AI-Driven Healthcare

A highlight of the conference was the keynote address delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rajkumar Densingh Samuel Raj, Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Kursk State Medical University.

His keynote, titled “From Supervision to Synthesis: Building an Interdisciplinary Mentorship Model for AI-Driven Healthcare Innovation,” explored the importance of academic mentorship in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and supporting innovative research at the intersection of artificial intelligence, medicine, and engineering.

Dr. Rajkumar also served as a Session Chair at the conference, contributing to academic discussions and the exchange of scientific ideas.
